2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions. This license allows you to install and use the software on a single computer at a time at one veterinary practice location. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, loan, distribute, create derivative works from the software or transmit the software over a network. Modules or programs may be used for the express purpose of only the individual who purchased the software, or of the associates, technicians, and other staff of the purchasing practice. Extra copies of software may be purchased at a discount for satellite practices and multi-user network licenses are available by calling Lifelearn office directly. You may, however, transfer your rights under this license provided you transfer the related documentation, this license and a copy of the software to a party who agrees to accept the terms of this license and destroy any other copies of the software in your possession. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Lifelearn if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. WARNING: This program is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.

Distribution of complete sets of handouts to any one person or client in print form or electronically is prohibited. Any broad electronic distribution of handouts in the form in which they exist in this product is prohibited; however Lifelearn produces a web version of this client information that can be linked to a Practice web site under license. Extended License is available for multiple practice locations with the same ownership upon application to Lifelearn.
