All other costs will be paid by the registrant. For registrations that you wish to cancel, a 90% refund less deposit will be issued up to 30 days prior to the course. No refunds will be issued after that date except under special circumstances, when the maximum refund is 50%.

Dr Jim Stowe has been consulting for practices for thirty years. He is the founder of EffectiVet a company created to provide practice coaching – not just to give the mechanics of business management but to find the individual tipping point(s) that will result in a successful veterinary business.

Dr Steve Noonan has achieved tremendous success with a number of veterinary initiatives and is now President of EffectiVet and he is coaching several Canadian practices on their road to success.

We will give owners and managers the most comprehensive description of what every practice must do to achieve business Nirvana. But most important we will explain what it will take to get your practice to cross that threshold from ‘pretty good’ to ‘fantastic!’
